The Buddakan Restaurant in
Philadelphia has been named one of America’s top 50 restaurants by Travel
& Leisure Magazine for good reason.
Besides a master Asian cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Scott
Swiderski and company, the aura of the Buddakan Restaurant in Philadelphia
itself is relaxing and awe-inspiring. The dining room is a mostly-white
space with a communal table in the center of the room that is lit from
within. The room is dominated
by a waterfall surrounded by Japanese river stones and a 10-foot, candle
bedecked Buddha. Inside the Buddakan Restaurant in
Philadelphia, you’ll find a hip crowd clad in business-casual attire,
sipping wine or exotic drinks prepared at the full bar area.
The exotic flavors of the cuisine are inspired by traditional Asian
dishes and served with creativity. Located in the Old City area, the
Buddakan Restaurant in Philadelphia serves lunch Monday through Friday from
11:30am until 2:30pm, and parking during these hours is available on 3rd
and 4th between Market and Chestnut. Dinner is served from 5:00pm until 11:00pm Sunday through
Thursday and 5:00pm until 12:00am on Friday and Saturday.
During this time, parking is $15.00 per vehicle for valet service.
Street parking is extremely limited, but adequate adjoining pay
parking is available. Subway
access is available via the stop at 2nd and Walnut. Reservations
